Jam Breakdown - 7/30/03 Scents and Subtle Sounds
Originally written for Episode 13 of We Move Through Stormy Weather featuring Joe May of Pluto Gang.
A crown jewel of the 2.0 era, Scents and Subtle Sounds had an incredible summer in 2003 before fading into the background again until recently. One of the best renditions to date is the nearly 30-minute monster from 7/30/03 in Camden, a jam that captures the 2.0 sound exceptionally well.
Listen to Joe May of Pluto Gang and I dive into this one along with the 8/4/17 Baker’s Dozen monster on Episode 13 of We Move Through Stormy Weather, available wherever you get your podcasts!
