He has recorded and toured with acts like The New Deal, MORE!, Ghost Light, RAQ, Chris McClenney, Dopapod, Conspirator, Greenhouse Lounge, Sonic Spank, Clown Vomit and Code Anchor. Other collaborations have included members of Umphreys McGee, Frank Zappa and Mothers of Invention, The Disco Biscuits, Lotus, Soulive, Stanley Jordan, DJ Logic, and many more. He is skilled in a wide variety of musical genres, but is most notable for his work within the jam and live improv scene. He is endorsed by Tama drums and hardware, Sabian cymbals, Promark sticks, and Evans drumheads.
